Had heard this talk by Tribhuvanjee sometime earlier, but it was refreshing listening to him again. In many ways "envy" all of you students, former students of Swami's college. When I was a studentin the 70s-80s, had never heard of Swami's college, in Mumbai. My parents, cash-strapped, with my father having retired when I completed my 12th standard, never thought of Swami's college, even though he had close relatives who were very ardent devotees of Sathyasai Baba and he had faith in him. I guess, it was not in my fate to study there. Entry was only allowed to all companions, people who were around the avatar in their former births. But as you said, it is foolish to think like this, that he does not know what's in your heart and doesn't need physical proximity to be close to you- but then that's how the mind works.
