Wow.....! Thank you for this recipe video. I could make it! I failed 4-5 times in making this recipe but, today, I didn't.I am extremely amazed at the result of the recipe.I have made it today,on Gurupurnima, watching your recipe video.Everybody in my family and my Guruji liked Rasagullas very much.Rasagullas are spongy and in shape.Just two things I want to ask.Please reply.(1) Madam,if I want to make Rasgulla in a little large quantity than what do I do if in second or third round the boiling sugar water reduces?Do I have to keep adding separately made boiling hot sugar water into that boiling sugar water in which I am making Rasgulla or simple boiling hot water till last?(2) I made chhena in my Duppatta but it wasn't draining out water from the chhena properly and I had to keep chhena for 4-5 hours for draining out water under approximately 1 Kg weight. And,also my Duppatta got torn while squeezing chhena at one time.So, which cotton fabric will be best for draining out water from chhena?🙏🙏🙏💐😊.

If you boil the rasagollas in the pressure cooker or in a rice cooker for only 10 minutes after coming of steam, and let them rest for 2 hours with the lid closed, you will have nice rasagollas. I made them on the last Eid Ul Fitre.

উনি বলেছিলেন প্রথমে হালকা শিরার মধ্যে মিষ্টিটাকে ডুবিয়ে ভালোমতো ডুবিয়ে নিতে হবে তবে তারপর তারপর ঘন শিরার মধ্যে ডুবিয়ে নিতে হবে
