Hi sambhavana didi I am from pune maharashtra and i want share one recipe which is very famous in marathi so...And it is without garlic and onion..You can make this recipe on visarjan day of ganpati bappa or on navratis channe ki dal Hari mirch , ginger,dhaniya and wet coconut,and lemon Steps: one cup channe ki dal soak for 4-5 hrs 2nd: drained all access water 3rd : then put that dal into mixer with some ginger ,green chilli and grind it( but do not make powder like contensity) 4rth: now take one pan add 3tbs spoon oil 5th: then add sarso seeds with some curry leaves ,haldi ,hing, 6th: now put that grinded dal into pan with some salt 7th:let the dal cooked for 5 to 10 mins on low heat. Last step: put some coriander and wet coconut garnishing with piece of lemon. Dish is ready for prashad and snacks to ..... Lots of love from pune❤ In marathi we called as( vatlelli dal)

Methi dana Should be dry roast or fried in ghee or oil before putting in kadhi . putting raw methi dana in boiling kadhi is not at all a correct way, but since you forgot on time so it’s ok.
