Acidity ke liye best cheez hai k Avinash ko 50% milk and 50% water ka combination krke ek dum thanda thanda do without ice, sugar according to taste, ice mt do kyunki ice bhi acidity krti hai, is milk water ko combine krne ke baad agar direct pasand nhi aa raha ho toh usme aap rose flavour ruabszaa bhi daal skte ho, isko subah shaam pila do acidity mai bhut help krta hai, plz try it for 2 days if it works than okay otherwise no problem. Main problem is dogs for avinash Because all day and night they around and and avinash has to be extra careful about ..which he does not I saw…and not taking rest properly …he is taking it lightly but it’s takes two three months to recover.. he is vloging and walking and playing with dogs..not good he should be in bed for some days..
