Wow......Nice suit Sambhavnaji. Nitu ne toh meri muh ki baat cheen li. Mai sachme appko message daalne wali thi kuch din se......ki aap fruits aur salads bilkul hi nahi khaate ho. Hav abc juice (apple beetroot carrot) everyday and see the difference in ur health. Aap doodh bhi nahi peete ho, how will u get strength in ur body. Aap dono exercise toh bahut karte hai, but nutrition pe bilkul bhi dhyaan nahi dete ho. Exercise is only 20 percent baaki 80 percent is nutrition. Only daal rice n sabzi will not giv u that nutrition. Have fruits n raw veggies in ur diet. We care for u both dats y. Very good Nitu for initiating it.
