So I actually did some more research on the Sonic in Angel Island Game since It's my childhood but also because I noticed something, and it turns out Sam was comparing his time on act 1 to the world records time in act 2, what they actually got in act 1 was 13 seconds. And plus Sam only did Act 1 and not the 2nd so it doesn't really count for anything.
