Say you had a full bottle then twisted the cap off and poured the baking soda in it, that’d be a mess to clean up… Simple tutorial that no one wants because I just explained it! Get baking soda + ketchup. Twist ketchup top off. Pour a decent amount of baking soda in. Put the cap back on. Shake it for 15-30 seconds. Open the cap and it should work.

There are other foods that have less of that mineral but you can process the whole thing so it's better than Spinach. Mat Pat has already debunked lots of these myths in Game Theory and Film Theory using more science than a sample size of 1 and not thinking about yourself as the perfect constant.
