Second of all when a nutrient is in different foods it doesn't nessecarily change the absorbability of it. If there are competiting vitamins/minerals then that will usually have some sort of impact, but ecdysterone is not a nutrient such as magnesium for example, it is a steroid hormone. Therefore as long as it is a whole food, it doesn't matter what food you get them from. On top of that there are barely any other foods that contain enough ecdysterone to be a viable option if your trying to get enough. quinoa and spinach are the two best options.
