Love this series! As an Aussie I’ve purposely never seen this movie. I’ve moved to Canada and people genuinely think we all live in the outback with no running water or electricity 😂 it’s so crazy how this movie gave us such a stereotype. Love the makeup look! 😊

I love all and any makeup content you create. I specifically love these videos (even if I don’t know the source material) as it’s really interesting learning about the use of makeup in the films. Oh I love these so much, I hope you do more and more and more! I second the motion of doing a Bond Girl series again. One of my favorite movie makeup story telling moments is Breakfast at Tiffany’s. They gave Patricia Neal a “dated” 50s look with the hard brows, matte shadow, bright blush, and red lip as a contrast to the “modern” 60s look with the fluffy brow, peachy lip, and thick liner. They also do a lot with the costuming and hairstyling to further this contrast. If I’m remembering correctly they never really use any dialogue to point it out. I feel like it was probably quite obvious at the time, but today’s audience might not notice it as both looks are considered “dated” by today’s standards.
