This heavy duty, high efficiency rollforming line produces C purlins from a double duplex thrushaft rollformer with quick roll tooling changeovers allowing the machine to produce "legs up" and 'legs down" product.
Key Features include:
* Double Duplex Thru-Shaft Rollformer allowing for variable web, leg, and return dimensions with no tool change.
* Powered Launching conveyor system launches pre-cut strips to the entry guide of the rollformer and provides accurate strip alignment into the rollformer.
* Pre-Punch / Notch Presses system with inline stationary cut-off shear with the capability to rotate punch dies and gag if required
* Automatic Roll Flipping system allowing for C purlin channel to first run 'legs up' and switching to run second C purlin channel 'legs down'
