As someone mentioned, aphros 2 was also buffed to be a slow on yourself and not just around the person you're linked to, so the winged blade was not a bad choice at all

Unfortunately that one healing item only works when you heal allies not yourself I figured that out the other day playing ra however I did it in joust and hit my 1hp Achilles with the heal and bout one shot with my ult it felt good doing a lot of damage with a ra ult again lol
