4:24 as a someone who plays sax, there is a specific position that your mouth needs to be in to make sound. You bite the top of the mouthpiece, then for the bottom you aren't biting it. Your skin or lip is covering your teeth and your pressing your lip onto the reed. Then you close all the spaces between your mouth so that no extra air comes out of your mouth, only out of the sax. So no, this is not sus and actually I think that person drew his mouth position pretty accurately.

The picture in 6:42 actually shows how my eyes actually look half the time. I have this weird thing where one eye will just look in a different direction, and I can’t stop it! Luckily I can see just fine. But it dose affect my drawing slightly. On ever one of my pictures the characters right eye is looking a different direction.
