I'd go with Kouki Uchiyama as Breath of the Wild Link in the sequel AND an anime adaptation. With Josh Grelle as Breath of the Wild Link in the English with the 'Merican accent. The American English 'cuz Link was born as a commoner (a citizen who wasn't nobility or royalty). Breath of the Wild Link was the big bro to a lil' sis, the blunt guy, the rude guy (like Subaru Sakamaki), a heroic badass, a swordsman with a sword in his right hand AND a shield in his left hand (like Spectral Sword Ares), a cross-dresser (like Armin in Attack on Titan Junior High), a young instructor with a ponytail, scars, AND amnesia (like Glenn), a cook wearin' blue as part of the main outfit he had (like Ludger), the guy wearin' green with a green hat (like Ajitaro), a young soldier who was a combat instructor (like Rean Schwarzer), a guy who fell in love with a princess with blond hair AND green eyes (like Mitsuyoshi Tada with Teresa Wagner, Breath of the Wild Link was in love with Breath of the Wild Zelda, the gal with green eyes AND blond hair), a young horseman, a reckless kid, a guy saved by the heroine (like Keita bein' saved by Ichiko), a clown with his comic relief, a kid from the past who lived through a massacre where many folks died (like the Shirou Amakusa in Fate Apocrypha), a sleepyhead who woke up fer the first in years (like Ven sleepin' fer more than a decade, but Breath of the Wild Link was sleepin' fer 100 years), AND a person with earrings who was physically 17 years young, but chronologically way older (also like Shirou Amakusa in Fate Apocrypha).

I came here to hear how Link would sound saying different kinds of things and I'm SQUEALING IT REALLY IS HIM I'VE BEEN BLESSED

If it's just a very small/short line, placed for dramatic effect, (like hypothetically yelling “Zelda!” ) I see no reason why they couldn't learn to pronounce/deliver that line in multiple languages. With a little practice, they could probably nail it!

This is the closest we will ever get to having Link (his current voice in the LoZ series) speak. (Because we don't speak of the CDI games where he speaks in full sentences. The cartoons in the late 80s weren't too bad, though.)
