This was such a timely message!💛 I was just saying this to my friend today after church as we were talking about our desire for a marriage and family. I said to her: ”God is the same God to us that He is to these other women in our church”(who are wives and mothers). I’ve also wrestled with this topic in my own prayer closed as I’ve read through stories like Ruth and Hannah. I’ve reminded myself “He is the same God for me”. And even though we are not promised marriage and pregnancy in the scriptures I can know for 100% that His plans for me are good and nothing but good. Everything - even the suffering - is ultimately for the benefit of my soul. But I can still ask for good gifts when they are in submission to Him.

I actually just may speak in depth on the subject of missions. Definitely plan to share on the trip once I return. I truly feel as though all Christians should go on a mission trip.
