You can use a light table to see what a sketch looks like flipped! :D I rotate my paper like crazy and my brightpad is my favorite! It kinda allows you to have layers irl, because you can see through multiple pages and only keep what you like on the final piece.

Hey waffles! A tip that one of my art teachers taught me for drawings ears, is that the top of the ear usually lines up with the corner of the eye.

I want to thank u Rin. I'm 46 yrs old & stumbled across ur channel for entertainment purposes. I have been trying to draw all my life. Especially when my boy was little. One year late, but I wanted to discuss the meaning of the term "bite the bullet". The term is derived from apocryphal tales of soldiers biting bullets during medical procedures to avoid crying out in pain. This would only be applicable to time periods where bullets were gigantic difficult-to-puncture hunks of metal, because most American Revolutionary and American Civil War-era bullets were either too large to bite on, or too smooth to keep between the teeth for long. However, the term is meant to convey that you are doing something even though something about the situation is very difficult. Tl;dr: Yeah, any time period, don't bite bullets. In reality, Civil War wounded used a thin book or some rags bunched up between the teeth if they absolutely couldn't be loud, such as while staking out an enemy camp.
