Huuuuuge, only thing I would suggest personally as someone who has played Overwatch for years, get people Wooting keyboards (Wooting 60HE preferable, but Wooting Two if they need a full size keyboard). They're actually a noticeable difference compared to any other keyboard for gaming and everyone like Razer, Steelseries and such is trying to copy what they're doing but no one can do as well as them. Not sure exactly what mouse you got him, but if it's a superlight 2, you should get him some Tiger Ice skates because the default skates are ass on that mouse. I really like the Skypad which is a glass mousepad, it's very consistent and you can feel every microadjustment when you aim. My big issue with cloth pads was that they never feel the same as they do when new, but glass pads you can just wipe with some water and they feel as good as new every time. Those monitors are beautiful, he's going to love them so much for OW. I use the PG27AQN but bought it before the OLEDs came out, they're all great options though it's actually nuts.

I had this monitor on release, I had 2 of them because they had screen retention/ burning problems, was by far the best monitor I've ever used but both of them had the same problem so I had to change away from OLED, which is a shame, it was amazing, gutted I don't have a working one and wonder if he will have any problems with them.
