I absolutely love how involved your mom and dad are in your adult life! It’s no wonder why you are such an amazing and kind man, Sam.

I know. I’m envious. My parents were abusive n neglectful in childhood & adulthood. And life is so bleak & bitter, never feeling Cozy supported, unless I feel Gods presence. I always wonder how adults like him are so calm, hopeful & lighthearted. Your estimation makes sense.

Hi Sam! First time commenting , everything is coming along. I also cannot wait for the launch. And BTW your previous single hand sailing adventures are so awesome! Short story I'm 49 and have Aspergers . That being said I used to live ona 29' Bayfield pocket crusier 27 years ago and it was the one time in my life I felt no pressure. Living with Aspergers everything I do socially takes some much effort that being alone doing my own thing with the pugs is better. I would live to live on a boat again but I am a broken man. My bacd has really bad arthritis and several bulging disks so out of the question. I will live vicariously through your videos when it comes to sailing . Thank you for taking me away from my anxieties for little over 15 min( including time to type this out) Have fun tomorrow!!!

Hi Sam I've had a compost toilet for 20 years. I buy a big brick of compressed peat moss (gardening style)and a brick of compressed pine shavings (hamster bedding). I then crush some of each with my hand and mix the two in a separate container I keep by the head.I spray the turd with "Compost Quick by Sun-Mar" It promotes Aerobic bacteria growth. Then sprinkle 1/4 to 1/3 cup of my dry mixture on it. I empty 3/4 of my toilet once per year. I don't throw toilet paper into it. Mix it to help it breath. It all turns to pure potting soil. No smell from it.

Sam…your issue with the Ryobi battery charger… Could it be that your power inverter is not a true sine-wave, but pulsed square-wave? Try connecting the Ryobi battery charger closer to your power converter… you may be picking up your electrical noise. Best wishes! Tim

Hi Sam. Did you know you should screw the roof parts to the roof on the high part of the sheet? Otherwise it will leak in the long run. The water runs in the groove so that's why you shouldnt screw it there. Maybe a bit late but better late than never. Otherwise very cool!

I have to comment! Spreading out fiberglass or plastic body filler, bondo, goes so much better with a plastic spreader. The smoother you can spread it, the less sanding you have to do. Less waste too. Ideally you don’t want to have to sand hardly any.

The one with the green USB plug is a QuickCharge 3.0 charger for supported device but it only outputs 5V/1A for non-supported device (eg. iPhone, iPad). . USB sleep-and-charge ports are often yellow, orange, or red. These ports can charge phones or electronic devices even when the computer is switched off.

A guy was mentioning a cooling fan for your charging box that would be a good idea but I think some ventilation would be important also so it does not overheat inside the box if it's waterproof that way electronics parts don't explode inside the box maybe causing a fire need some place for the air to go when the van is on anyway to exit anyway it's coming along really fine Sam can't wait to see it on lunch day well I do have to wait I guess when you're ready to film it LOL anyway be safe God bless you. Sam, amazing how everything is coming along! One little piece of advice regarding 3d prints: They're very porous!!! (even if you don't see it) If you plan to use it for water/pee try spraying the part with some plastic primer first, and over that some acrylic spray paint. It's going to last forever that way. And no funny things are going to grow inside :) Cheers!

Hi Sam, going good i see!! good help too! About the toilet/urine holder. I'm afraid that the wide low box model is not the best shape. Even with the lid on it It undersail and waves? Maybe a used 2 liter motoroil can, but thats maybe too high. 3D printed a bit shorter funnel, and a taller, piramid/ l shape style container? You could make funnel and container out of one piece. Just click in and go:)) good luck with the projects!

Bit late to this party, but you probably need to clean the print bed. It's accumulating oils from handling and you need to get them off every now and then. Wipe it down really well with Isopropanol and then and it will stick better.

For your light to work, bleed the air out of it. After filling with butane, press the fill tube of the light to remove air. Add more butane and repeat. Then purge again..Just a little the second time. Allow the butane to come to room temp..5 minutes and then it will allows work. Do this each time you real the lighter. Cheers.

I have seen many of your videos and enjoy watching you do stuff I will never get to do. Suggestion - think about doing voice over instead of talking while working, which stops the flow. It might just be easier for you as well, as in focusing on the work/shot alone instead of describing and doing it all at the same time. This will also make it easier to watch, as the vids feel chopped up - work in between talking. Voice over during editing after the task is done, will make your vids more professional and easier to watch. Cheers
