I always wondered how they were gonna implement Samira's "Bounty Hunter" theme... "Plunder" is very fitting. 10/10 design Specially since she doesn't plunder herself, but instead is 100% built to "chase" after those plunder triggers

@@speeddemon9616 I’m a Samira main in LoL and I feel like they absolutely nailed her design here. While I would’ve liked it if she had Reputation synergy and made Reputation into a good and interesting archetype, and I also think it would’ve been cool for her to have some sort of AoE damage effect for her inferno trigger, I ultimately think that the design they went with is much cleaner. Plunder was also my favorite archetype (my best ever ranked climb was back before Targon came out and I used TF/Swain), and I think that the Aggro/value style of plunder is exactly the kind of archetype she feels at home with. Edit: it’s also worth mentioning that I haven’t liked most of LoR’s design directions for the past year and a half, so the fact that I enjoy Samira’s design here is both a welcome change of pace for myself and a rarity as my biases have been pretty negative (rather than me blindly enjoying every single champion they’ve released without criticism).

Considering the cards revealed yesterday she’s gonna be so broken,also the Bilgewater cards don’t seem to be Jack’s followers nor do they look like they were made to go with any champion already in the game,that means we’re probably getting another champion from Bilgewater to go with Samira in a future expansion,so maybe we’re getting Graves or Nilah to go with Samira very soon,or we’re getting another LoR exclusive champion to go with her.

Samira's All Out? I find it odd that they name her signature spell after K'sante's ult of all things. They literally had to rename the 30/30 cat follower from Cataclysm to Catastrophe because it shared its name with Jarvan's ability.

They usually try very hard not to use names of champions abilities on cards so they can use the names later on cards that belong to the actual champion. Not sure whether they just didn't care this time or whether it was an oversight.
