ماشاءاللہ! آداب ۔ آپ نے بہت اچھے طریقے سے کام کیا ھے۔۔میں بھی اچھے کھانے اور کبھی کبھی پکانے کا لطف لیتا ھوں۔ آپ کے طرز پر میں ساڑھے تین کلو گرام بیف دستی کا گوشت لایا۔اور اسی طرح پکایا۔ چربی کا استعمال شعوری طور پر نہیں کیا، گھر میں کچھ افراد کو اس کی مخصوص خوش بو پسند نہیں۔ تاھم ، بہت ھی ٹنڈر اور لذیذ ترکش بیف بنا۔بس صبر سے ھلکی آنچ پر چار سے پانچ گھنٹے میں ھی " صواد کا بیف " بنتا ھے۔تیزی میں مزا نہیں۔آپ کا شکریہ۔ پروفیسر اشتیاق احمد قمر راولپنڈی 15 می 2024ء
