Samm absolutely deadly in Round 4 - that was the difference!
@FreakieFan6 жыл бұрын
Rob Irvine all of those questions were easy as hell though. Samm was just a bit quicker.
@spudthedud29376 жыл бұрын
I think that’s kinda the idea, the questions aren’t had but it’s about how quickly you can get them before they even finish saying the question. Samm getting et from the year of release is a good example of this
@curtisbme6 жыл бұрын
Nobody could have stood against him in that round. Cushing hit the buzzer but he was just fast as hell.
@michaels.83096 жыл бұрын
Samm is now 2-0 against the Crusher. People aren't giving him his due for how impressive his wins have been in that 6 win streak (Rocha, Bibs, Rachel twice, JTE). Sure Rachel played great but Samm was just a little better today and history shows that its no fluke.
@kristianvukajlovic67896 жыл бұрын
I don't think Sam was better today, they went equal. He was faster, but in my eyes even if Rachel knew the questions, and even if we can call this a tie in terms of knowledge, Sam still beat her the first time. He definitely deserves to be a champion, and I know it is very unlikely to happen, I want him to play Dan for the title somewhere down the line, to prove that he is up there with him and Reilly (maybe you can place Harloff or Rocha there, but that's still open for discussion).

Ever since the Free 4 All (where he was lucky to be number 35), he's been on a frigging roll. And getting a partner in Drew seems to have just stoked the coals for his fire too. After Drew's showing against Bibbs, I think Samm will become the first person to have 2 belts at once.
@ajl97726 жыл бұрын
Samm didn't get 35, that was Dagnino. Samm got 34. Not a big difference, I know although he did knock out 4 people befored defeating Dagnino. Samm had some back luck early, but luck is finally on his side. I think the same will happen to Bibbs this year.

Rachel actually has been in a speed round before. It was against Jeremy Jahns in the innergeekdom fatal five-way and he ran the table just as Samm did. It ended up being the difference in both matches but you gotta give it to Samm. The guy is tearing it up and after Above the Line beat Nerds Watch and with Samm having beaten Rachel twice now, this could really be one of the greatest rivalries in the Schmoedown. But what a match!!

Steven Collins It's a 5 point question, it better be brutal.
@Harkness786 жыл бұрын
It's a 5 point question but it was randomly selected from a list of 25 questions that should all be somewhat equally difficult. I love Beowulf, seen it 5+ times, and totally did not make the connect between Angeline and Crispin. I just kept picturing Crispin as a person and was trying to place him in a film where he could be Angelina's kid, and then I was like "so it must involve flashbacks? cause he is older than her!"

@movieaire14396 жыл бұрын
Rachel is one hell of a competitor and I don't doubt she'll get back to a title match again. But I'd rather her make her way up again to earn it. Emma Fyffe getting to award someone a championship contender match cause of a manager bowl is such bullshit. She basically beat Dagnino on a Harry Potter spin to get it. There's some true competitors in this league, that have worked harder and never gotten a title shot, and are more deserving.
@tennisawareness34046 жыл бұрын
Emma won't be allowed to award a championship match, but a #1 contender's match. But it would still be an easy path for a title for someone in her faction.
@movieaire14396 жыл бұрын
I am not trashing Emma. I'm trashing the idea that the winner of that bowl (in this case Emma) can give anyone a contenders match for a championship. And for what? That manager bowl had the weakest competition, that the winner for it shouldn't have been awarded something that big.
@movieaire14396 жыл бұрын
They can still have great storylines with less impactful stipulations for the league. I love their storylines but that doesn't change the fact that this particular stipulation was stupid. The manager bowl reward should've been a lot smaller. The whole premise of having the Schmoedown league is to reward competitors with the best trivia knowledge. And rewarding a manager in a worthless match that interferes with other competitors trying to make their way up the ladder by beating worthy opponents is unfair. Anyways, just my two cents.
