Sammy deserved more attention in BATDR, we just saw him as a prisioner and being shooted by Allyson Angel. He could have been a partner helping us at some point like Buddy Boris was in the first Game or at least helping Beast Bendy at the last moments of the game instead of appearing a bit of seconds and geting killed, or even interacting with him at the cells of the cycle breakers like we did with Henry.

I completely understand why people were annoyed we didn’t see much of Sammy, he’s one of my favourites in the franchise. The way I see it though is Sammy belongs in Bendy and The Ink Machine more than Dark Revival. It makes his importance in chapter 2 all the more special to me. Really this goes for all the Ink Machine characters. Because the Dark Revival is about Audrey’s story, the BatIM characters are purposely reduced to cameos. (I’m guessing it’s different for Alison because we never saw much of her to begin with)

If Dark Revival ever get a DLC I'm adamant that Sammy deserves to be the protagonist, he's the only character that I think has a ton of character potential but is never expanded upon, he just shows up a few times, and dies right after. And it seems like his role in the cycle is to worship the ink demon and get killed by him, it would be great to see him survive one of those and continue through his life with his faith broken, maybe expand on his apparent kindness he shows to henry when he apologizes for having to sacrifice him, maybe fallow through with his relationship with Susie Campbell that's heavily implied to have happened, have him start a poetry club, anything, just give the dude something new to do, everyone in the fandom loves him.

Fr mate. As much as I love Sammy though, I don’t think he’s capable of being saved. His whole character is the textbook definition of an unhealthy devotion, he gets killed every game for it. If we did ever get the chance to snap him out of it though I’d love to see him on the conductor stand in game

@@JadeDazemations well in any sequel Audrey would've already taken her role as ink goddess queen and vowed to fix the cycle, which would include people like Sammy being given happiness and no longer causing suffering, and audrey can change the cycles story so she could do it, probably by locking Sammy and Twisted Alice in the same room until they teach eachother to calm the hell down about their bodies not being perfect
