While you are already in Cappadocia you might think to go to Mount Nemrut which is breathtaking and definitely one of the top 5 views of Turkey, especially in the morning. I was there a month ago and definitely worth visiting, plus the people are more genuine. Alongside the view, I find the history itself is a bit kind of Turkey, Kommagene kingdom was between Persians and Romans thus in the kingdom there were west and east influences like in Turkey. Also there is zeugma museum in gaziantep which is food capital of Turkey. You can see Achilles from film Troy and many interesting mosaics, also I recommend to buy audio device in zeugma, because half of the museum without audio guide is not informative.
