Hey Sammy, not sure if you would be keen on this but would you consider doing a video about behind the scenes of your fishing adventures, e.g, boat set up, fishing gear essentials and set ups, how you plan your trips ahead of time, maybe even how you find new fishing spots. Just a video inside your mind

Well that was a lot of fun. Love the first world problem 😅 And.... those grandies mad a very cool and tasty ending! I don't think Tommy is far away. It takes three or four goes before you crave it. A bit like oysters 😉 Some coriander would go well in the sauce, what do you reckon?

Mate I had my first crack at trout sashimi last weekend. In Fitzroy reef no less. It was awesome but what I’ve found with all sashimi is the less in the condiments the better. Sushi ginger is also awesome.

Here in QLD where Sammy is fishing the rules are limit of 4 per person with no more than 1 over 70cm / 8 per boat with no more than 2 over 70cm (with 2 or more people on board)

Hay mate I have a few quick question about the Gold Coast, what's the calmest inlet to get to open water to get to palm beach reef for a 470 coast runner? and is The Gold Coast split a bar?
@smithys3512-lg5yx3 ай бұрын
Tweed is very similar to gold coast similar and much closer.
@SammyHitzkeFishing3 ай бұрын
The Gold Coast bar can be very dangerous when the swell is big and rough, but you shouldn’t be out there in those conditions anyway! If it’s a nice day the seaway is great to use 👍👍
