Excellent vid Sammy really enjoyed it, just what I needed as was pretty devastated as yesterday catastrophically cracked the hull on my 16 foot Savage so am totally screwed now. I’ve just 6 months ago repowered it with a 60hp 4 stroke Merc so nothing left in the budget for another hull👎

Love seeing them shadows come in. Never seen in real life a marlin but I did see another guys metal get done. Twice. Lucky fella. One a cobia an the second a yellowfin of the point in hathead. They boys already had a yellowtail king by time we got there. Awesome show lads. Congratulations Shaun she’s a fine vessel.

I have caught both Blue Marlin and giant Mako shark and I gotta say that damn Mako was much more of a handful than the Blue but as far as a sport/game the Blue Marlin is the top of the list!!! Mine was 320 lbs and won a tournament so I was very lucky but for true brute strength and just craziness the Mako takes the cake. It will try to bite the boat the gaff and anything else that's anywhere near its mouth!!!! Those fish are off the charts crazy AF!!!!!!😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸. Keep up the the great work Sammy!🐟🐠🐡

hey sammy, big fan from dubai here wondering about your marlin set up. Did you use teasers? how many meters apart was each lure, like obviously outrigger is furthest out then how many meters was each other lure for your 5 rod set up. What about the color choices for your lures, do you do brighter lures further out and then darker colors for middle rod. Hope you could get back to me so I can also learn from you and catch my own marlin here in the UAE thanks to your help!
