I’m a nursing student, and just incase anyone else gets bitten by a tick, and unsure of how to safely take the tick out, go to North Shore Hospital emergency. If you’ve got the tick out, just put it in a container and bring it to north shore hospital as they are the only hospital that is conducting an extensive study search on ticks. Not only will it help them out but they’ll look after you. Lyme disease isn’t well known here in Australia, and doctors/scientists are starting to do more research into it. Hopefully you’ll get better soon Sam xx

marina kasparov Royal North Shore Hospital is in Sydney. It is the only hospital that is conducting the research, as they are starting to discover never before seen species of ticks that can acquire Lyme disease. In terms of other states, it’s better to contact a hospital near you to get more info. If you want other tips on how to deal with a tick bite, just let me know x

Make sure you take a VERY strong probiotic with those antibiotics, honey. Leaky Gut Formula by Probiome Rx is great.
