Shouldn’t be allowed nsw is an Australian state . They should be made to pick if you play for an Australian rep team you can’t play for another countries rep team .

@@dmaunder8105 not allowing them to play for tier 2 nations if they choose origin would be counter productive to the effort to grow the international game. If you make them choose, then there will be a number of players who will choose origin and these tier 2 nations will basically be non existent and make the group stages of the world cup just a formality. It's not the most ideal set of circumstances but is necessary. Leave the rules where they are it would be good to see a Tonga or Samoa do well at the world cup.
