Telesco was an upgrade with draft picks. And despite everyone saying he should have moved up for Jaydon Daniels, but Washington was not going to make a trade. Not TT's fault. But he let Jacobs walk for a $1-2 million difference. Acquired and pressured AP to start Minshew over AOC, allegedly. Could have acquired Russell Wilson for $1 mil. over Minshew. Basically, other decisions besides the draft. But ultimately his firing better be to get a bigger fish in here

Telesco didn't do a good job as the GM. He missed on a QB on the draft by not trading down. He got lucky with Bowers but in reality, Raiders didn't need a TE. He didn't resign Jacobs. He brought in Minshew. He brought in Luke Getsy. AP and Telesco put the Raiders in a pitt. Telesco needed to go too.

Sad. I thought Tom Tolesco did an amazing job his first stint with the Raiders. Didn’t acquire a QB like we wanted but he made due with what we can without really breaking the bank. Making some needed cap space. I stopped watching Raider games since game 6. And only looked forward to highlights.
