My Dad has an old springfield 30-06 from my grandfather that was used in military service, and he has been modernizing it slightly by adding rails on it in order to use a newer scope, and I think that Vortex scope would make a great gift for him this hunting season! So that's what I'd mount it on. It's going to mean a lot to him to get a deer with that rifle 🤘🏻
