bro im so mad, arena is filled with cancerous ML Landy and AOL teams. nothing i can consistently do against it

Using ML Ken gets rid of both problems. 10/10 times the bots go for elements they have an advantage against. If Ken is the only dark, then as long as he survives the hit, Landy is gone. AOL angelica is built as a high speed debuffer so they neglect her defense, hp, and attack. If she crits, she's dust. Just be warned. If you use Ken in your defense, you'll now just get attacked by a nahkwol, green lidica combo.

I just put 3 counter units and destina and hope that my opponent doesnt draft roana or lermia. (Senya, Violet, Choux)

Not anymore it's not. Try at least 270. I've seen my Haste on my team be way behind in speed and he's 231 speed. If you're lucky, you'll get away with 255 speed.
