I love how even though you were true to your style you still made a room that looks appropriate for a baby. Some people who are into boho chic make a child’s room all beige and creams😅 so I really love that there are pops of colour 😍

Sam it looks so beautiful. Love your style. I am a mum of 3 girls. They are 21 18 and 17 now but you really took me back watching this video. Enjoy every moment, they grow up super fast and the first 7 years they are like sponges, they are forming into who they will be and forming their beliefs about themselves. Love this sooo much. I love the boho theme with a hint of pink here and there. Definitely in my inspo books for a nursery. I have a small suggestion: how about putting a small side table near the chair so that you can keep some snacks, drink etc because I know while breast feeding you could get pretty hungry.so having something nearby is gonna be satisfying. Love you sam ♥️✨

*TIP* We put a doggie wee wee pad on top of our changing table to protect it from any blow outs. Best tip I’ve ever got! Lots of love and luck. Everyone is right when they say it goes fast. I blinked and our daughter just turned one

One thing I was gifted and I found very useful was a nail clipper with a light on. So when you cut the baby’s nails you can see where her nail ends and her skin begins . Prevents you from cutting them. Just a thought 😀 beautiful nursery btw!

Loveee her nursery. Everything is so pretty!! Also my daughter was 6 lbs and 15.5 ounces and newborn was HUGE on her. I’m glad I had a few preemie sizes because she was swimming in the newborn for about 2 weeks haha. All of dots clothes are super cute 🥰

Hi Sam! Love the baby’s room and the organization. Just a quick tip. For the sizing of the clothes. Each brand runs differently so keep an eye out so you don’t miss out on putting her an an outfit she may not be able to fit into. That happened to me when I organized in advanced like you did. Great job though. You guys got this!

My baby girl just turned 1 month. She was 5lbs. 9oz. at birth. She's super petite & thin just like my 1st daughter was as a baby. So she is still wearing newborn clothes. Most of them are still a little big on her. Let's see how long it takes for her to fit into 0-3 month clothes lol. So excited for you guys! Can't wait to meet dot🎀 & Her nursery is adorable, love it!💕

My daughter had a ton of blowouts, so I recommend keeping a stain spray handy to be able to spot treat baby's clothes in between washes so they dont stain, bc green poop.

So happy and excited for you. These last few weeks will go by quicker than you think. My only advice is wash everything now including the older clothes, you will be surprised at how little time you will have once the “Angel” gets here. I have a sneaky feeling she may be early, just saying. Best of luck with her, she will be a lucky baby.

Hi Sam! I just randomly remembered this right now, it has nothing to do with nurseries though! I'm studying to be a speech-language pathologist and something that's suuuuuper important (and not all hospitals do it) is the Newborn Hearing Screening. Definitely make sure she gets screened before leaving the hospital. You seem really prepared so I'm sure you already know what I'm talking about. But not everyone gets it done and they don't realize it until later on that their child has a hearing loss. :(

I’m a mom of a 5-year-old and you seem like you’re not a first time mom!! So much knowledge ! :D , I would just recommend a little bit of preemie diapers and cloths just in case. Every mom I know and myself needed them for our Full term babys . 😉
