Ingredients :
- Chicken egg 277g (1st time was beaten on hot boiling water unti 38C, 2nd time beaten by stand mixer)
- Cake flour 221g (80% of chicken egg)
- White sugar 138g (50% of chicken egg)
- SP Emulsifier 12g (2% of chicken egg+ cake flour + sugar)
- Cooking oil 2tbs
- Vanilla essence 1tps
Bake at 170C for 28 minutes
*Round cake mould 19cm
