Super great stuff, I think that the fact that Simon burnt the player and the record makes the samples like the last words of the record before it died, Famous last words, Cool stuff man, keep it up.

This is honestly the coolest thing. Could you do a video that goes over the "theory" of how and why you chop and how you create all these layers/tracks? Total noobie here but totally in awe and thankful for your work
@AccurateBeats8 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that's a good idea, I'll save it for later. I guess sampling is just something you learn and everyone does it ina slight different way. I'll try to explain some of it in a video! :) Thanks!

I well I be dog gone! I noticed that all your videos were double speed. And I was going to write to you and say, at the last 2 minutes of the video, you should make the video regular speed so people can see what they really sound like. Then I remembered KZbin has a speed control. I tapped the control button and went to the speed settings only to find out, some kind of way I had put my KZbin videos on double speed. They seem pretty good on double speed yet rushed. Now I'm sure they'll Groove on normal speed.

Cannonball Adderall thanks!! Thats a white Maschine MK2 with a dark grey faceplate and wooden sides. I recently let the old microkontroller back in the setup. I remember really loving the keys on it but... Now I'm not so sure anymore. I guess I just need to get used to the weird velocity sensitivity.... Mini keys rule! Thanks for watching

Accurate, hardware wise, did you use the V1, V2 and Studio? If so, is the V2 worth it over the V1, or should i just go straight ahead and save some more for the studio? (Maschine btw)
@AccurateBeats8 жыл бұрын
I had Maschine MK1 for years and I loved it! I used it until some of the pads became bad and decided to switch to the MK2. IN my opinion that's the best model of them all. The mikro MK2 is a good padcontroller but with a really crappy workflow and the Studio version has slippery pads that I dont like and the controller itself is way too big. The screens are nice on the Studio but I just dont like the form factor of it. I'd say go with MK 2! forget about the MK1, its old and has nothing on the MK2. It you have the space and like the looks of Studio I guess that's a great option too, it's their flagship model and all but... Yeah, MK2 for the win! Good luck and thanks for watching!
