I can reproduce the diffuse part by Sampling the Environment Maps method in this video, but how should I handle the specular part? Can you provide some relevant articles? Thank you very much!

For the specular part, it is usually better to sample the BRDF rather than the envmap. You can watch Shaders Monthly #11. The most general solution would be "multiple importance sampling", which is mentioned at the end of the video: graphics.stanford.edu/courses/cs348b-03/papers/veach-chapter9.pdf
