Hi Sir, I'm from India.. I'm a judoka and following your teachings from years. In our judo club lots of exercise is mandatory before actual randori practice,, so I m becoming too tired to throw uki.. What to do for getting more energetic

nobby roberts Hi Nobby, I’m always interested in coming and helping out fellow judoka. Running a course for you depends on a lot of things such as location, dates etc. However, send an email over to judosampson@hotmail.com with where you are based, what sort of date you are interested in running it and any other information you have.
