I had a time when I was feeling not well. God Helped me remember things that I had done that were wrong with other people. I really wanted to repent to God of my sins! I remembered having lied to some people and I prayed to God for Help as to what to do. For women I spoke to them and offered a gift from jewelry I had. I promised them that I planned to never hurt them again. For some men I lied to I wrote them citing the incident and apologizing to them. For one I also baked some bread for him and sent it with my son. I thank God; I now feel much better and I am happy. I ask God humbly to Bless you.

Thank you for your post I really enjoy your videos and have been watching from the beginning. I am 2 years and 7 months off so im not to far behind you.I have this theory that part of what makes recovery so bad is that it causes adrenal fatigue . I know there is no proof for this but I truly believe the sleep deprivation and the body being in a constant panic/hyper vigil state for so long puts our bodies into adrenal fatigue. So it just compounds the problem even more. I know this is just speculation but it seems logically possible if you really look into it. It all lines up
@sonofhibbs44255 жыл бұрын

I am from Africa and the medics here didn't really tell me anything about the side effects. I came across your videos few months ago and also checked Benzobuddies because you spoke about it and it really helped me understand what I was going through. I saw the video you did at 6 months, you spoke about your neck feeling swollen. I am having the same problem right now, feels like my thyroid glands are affected. I have spent so much going to the hospital until I came across your videos and I decided to stop going to the hospital also because it was affecting my finances. I had to close my business and relocate to a place where I wouldn't kill myself. I would like to know if you used anything for the neck issues you had or if you have any advice for me because it's getting at me. Thanks

I was afraid to believe it could have been ativan making my life a living hell, for I only took it for about 10 days, as prescribed to me when I freaked out (we're talking ER visits at 2 a.m. so I wouldn't blow my brain out) taking Celexa for only four. However, I watched your videos and you described me to a T. I of course don't have it as badly, but it's still a black nightmare of doom worse than any horror writer could ever dream of (unless they took it as well). Depersonalization/derealization, panic and doom triggered by lighting, music, even some of my favorite hobbies, weird myalgia/fibromyalgia problems and pain, the works. After only 10 days and almost three months of this crap. Do yourselves a favor, folks, and face your demons or change your lives. Don't use these pills. Thanks for sharing your story.

I know from experience not everything has to be benzo related. I had pretty bad CNS problems before going on Valium, it was 1 of the reasons I was put on it. I used it for 6 months incl taper and had a lot of trouble with it coming off. I did found out later down the road, that I had some other things going on and had to have 2 surgeries to heal from that. So for me, it definitely wasn't just benzo withdrawal. I think it's important to mention, because sometimes we get lost in the whole benzo withdrawal syndrome and miss chances to improve. I'm almost 28 months free and a lot of things have improved, but I still feel like moving into a log cabin in the mountains where it's quiet and where I can follow my own pace. Extreme nervous system issues will change your entire world and it's the most horrible thing I've ever experienced. I also have a really hard time going to the doctor and I also see a functional medical doctor. I feel a lot of these issues are caused by your genetic make up and that's the reason why some of us don't have any issues and some of us struggle immensly.

It is really scary- you wonder if this will be the rest of your life. I want to be truthful, for some, I’ve heard it is life long, but their symptoms are more apparent. but take heart that 3 years out and having symptoms is not uncommon....as you know, they don’t report how ducked up their demon drug makes people. You do get better and better. It’s a two steps forward one steps back type thing. I want to encourage you. It’s so tough. No one seems to understand or care. I was on benzo buddies forum-. It helps so much to speak to others. Take care if yourself and do what you need to care for it. I found eliminating sugar and caffeine helped a lot. No junk food- all healthy fresh foods- greens, veggies. Yes, the weight gain is from it. I suffered the same. I was able to lose the weight (and got really skinny) once the symptoms subsided. It’s from the stress this shit causes. I’m not a doctor, but please don’t fast- it’s too hard on your liver which was already put through hell. Just eat lots if salad without dressing. Do veggie smoothies- mostly veggie but add a fruit to sweeten. This should help a lot. Sleep whenever you can...lots if need be. Don’t be hard on your body. Everything you described is very similar to what I went through. Your senses enhance to remarkable levels. I remember I could smell so much of my surroundings...I mean everything from the mud, the grass, the pine trees, the oil on the ground under the car....everything, all at once. It was painful. These drugs screw with way too much of the brain for them to be ok to take. Makes me so sad for y’all... let me assure you it gets better. Hang in there. I’m listening, I hear you and I support you.

A sense that your memories lack emotion, and that they may or may not be your own memories 3. Feelings of being alienated from or unfamiliar with your surroundings - for example, like you're living in a movie or a dream 4. Feeling emotionally disconnected from people you care about, as if you were separated by a glass wall 5. How/when did your sleep come back? What helped? Even though you said you wake up 2 times a night, I would kill to be able to sleep and only wake up 2 times. In 2017, I spontaneously developed anxiety and insomnia from a neck injury. The injury healed, but the anxiety and insomnia wouldn't stop. I am 3 months off having taken Ativan for 11 months plus a 5 month taper. I was polydrugged during those 11 months with other ADs and tricyclics - horrible side effects. Past 2 years have been really traumatic. Been taking melatonin, but I think it's backfiring on me now. I get a couple broken hours one night and not the next. I think I might have to ditch it. Scared! I have an 11 year old son and I desperately want to get well and be a happy, healthy Mom again.

Change your diet. That helped me more than anything. I didn't sleep more than 4 hours total until I was 11 months off. I'll never forget that when it happened. I was so grateful. No caffeine, no processed foods, lots of water--- that helped my sleep within 3 weeks of doing it. My sleep got bad recently and now I'm doing keto and its better than ever! I wake up rested. Hasn't been like that in probably 15 years since the first time I was put on meds.

As soon as this happened to me, I stopped caffeine, cut out sugar, eliminated processed foods and have tried to cut out gluten and dairy since they increase glutamate, which mine is high. Question: I’ve been off Klonopin for 14 months and I’ve started to have really good days lately with almost no symptoms if I get restorative sleep , if I don’t get restorative sleep I basically just stay home and deal with it. I’ve been going out eating at restaurants , shopping and socializing with close friends and family and it has been pretty good with very few symptoms. However last night I went and socialized with some friends and had to socialize with people I don’t know and had never met and I was in and out of extreme nervousness , feeling like I wanted to jump out of my skin feeling, etc... it would come and go. I feel deflated afterwards because I had had a really good day up until the socializing with people I don’t know that evening , is that normal for my first time socializing ?
@AngiePeacockMSW5 жыл бұрын
totally. We remain sensitive to stress of any kind for awhile so new things can trigger those weird feelings again. When I felt like that I just kept doing it in hopes that my brain would adjust eventually. It's not dangerous, just bad bad anxiety and it won't kill you. It's just really uncomfortable.

Would all of you people posting videos pursuant to this subject stop using the term "Withdraw" the symptoms have nothing to do whatsoever with the discontinuation of the drug or withdraw of the drug. The drug is out of your system within 72 hours. It is the damage or acquired brain damage that is the cause of all the symptoms, that is why it takes years to recover. Very similar to the damage incurred from a stroke. It was the pharmaceutical companies who promotes the term withdraw and abuse in order that it places the blame on the user rather than the drug. When ever they see or here someone use the term" withdraw" they celebrate that there cover up campaign is still working great after over 50 years. Thanks, God bless you all,

I can’t speak for the owner if this channel, but it’s apparent to me, she’s trying to reach out to others suffering, in order to help. Which, I know she is.
