Samson looked much better at the finals. The biggest improvement I saw on him was his lower back was by far hands down the best we've ever seen on him. I assure you if he comes in 5 lb sharper to the Olympia he'll have striated glutes it's all about conditioning. He had zero tricep or chest or any other striations on his body including legs. On the other side of it, like you said, maybe the best Samsung we've ever seen and maybe 1% better than what we saw at the Arnold UK. I was hoping he made it easy for me to pick him to win the Olympia with killer conditioning but once again no way jose.

Samson looked very good, I was happy to see his waist looking controlled, his arms bigger and good condition with 2 weeks to go. I prefer Damsons physique over Derek’s but Andrew made incredible gains that we saw in Texas, I think judges won’t be willing to drop Derek to 4th and Hadi is likely to be top 3 unless he blows his prep so one of those two (Andrew or Samson) looks to be under-placed.

Brother i agree with you about the conditioning issue, samsons just like lee haney his flow is perfect but they want striated glutes i feel as long there cut with no fat or wrinkles whats the problem.macc truck is right about people in the sport pressurising the bodybuilders litterally to death (cedric comes to mind).anyway peace brother✌🏽

Samson looking incredible, he adjusted his abs and thighs pose, in which his abs were spilling.. he also seems to have improved on his arms.. I think he can win the O, but probably they will give it to Hadi or Derek.. and on Stephane,I think there was a pic with him andAJ? Heis already comparable in size from that pic (although he was closer to the camera).. is this guy already that big and comparable?

Open isn’t healthy either, but doing hours of cardio, sitting in a sauna, fasting all while already depleted is extremely unhealthy. Not sure if Stephane did this but a ton of guys do.

I do think open is more unhealthy that cutting weight and muscle though especially long term but yea I understand what you were saying.
