Excellent explanation of the positioner configuration this video type is a great help to the positioner assembly ... I was unable to calibrate the valve and I identified that the problem was in defining the travel of the valve travel.

why do you choose 35 mm in mode 4, is it common for all valves or different?

Dear all I have faced one issue during that calibration.we are fixed new samson 3730-3 type control valve in water line.i tried to do calibration,as per this video.whenever completed the NOM tuning,hand symbol blinking in the top of the display.valve also not opend by the set point.kindly give some suggestions for solve that issue.

applied the whole procedure to our newly replaced 3730-2 positioner, when it reach on tune stage, it starts tuning but in valve doesn't move in physical. need your assistance.

hi, excellent the explanation but I have one doubt, as is the air connection to the valve positioner. installation of tubing? samson acquired a valve but do not understand how to connect, the manuals do not contain too much information about it, I have a pressure regulator 4708.

Carlos Ruiz Carlos Ruiz,The pneumatic connections are relatively straight forward, the supply connection is on the top, and the output connection is on the bottom (assuming the pneumatic connections are on the right hand side).However, this will vary slightly depending on which 4708 regulator is used and if you're also using a connection block. Can you provide any further info?

hi. I have a problem. when controller in operation mode, unit more than 0% then controller display parameter but when it is 0% then controller 's screen not display and no signal. please help me.
