Freestyle wrestling is all about executing moves. Blue wrestler knows the basics very well and showed us how to take-down, maintain a firm grasp and wait for the pin. Red wrestler needs to practice defensive moves, such as rolling, to make the grasp and a pin by his opponent more difficult.
