Hello , i have the same problem. No matter what i do i can not fix it. I need it as my main ssd drive. It only happens to me when working with heavy ai stuff or heavy games. If you will find a fix would be great.

I did solve it by using it in an external nvme enclosure. Nothing else worked. The nvme is fine in the enclosure. I wouldn't buy a Samsung NVMe these days only because of the driver problems. I have Seagate Firecuda as the main system nvme and that works fine

Windows 11 has been nothing but problems for me. Yes it works for the most part but when it doesn't it's catastrophic.

I don't know who's to blame here but I'm not buying Samsung nvme drives after this. I read so many stories with people losing data and firmware that would wear down nvme's from them that I'm not willing to risk it. System NVMe is Seagate and that one works fine so far....
