Samsung A23 4G / A23 5G Screen Replacement (Fix Your Broken Display!)

Today I am going to show you how to change the screen on the Samsung A23 and A23 5G. The process is pretty much the same, but the parts are not! They are not interchangeable screens, just repair processes.

Great video but the American version a236u is different. There's a cap on the cameras revealing 2 additional screws and the front camera pops off. That's the difference so far lol almost broke the frame trying to remove it until I saw it. Still great video.

wait so all you did was switch phones....what if i have 2 different carriers and one phone isnt unlocked, which is the screen im trying to take out and use on the broken phone

He did not switch phones. All he did was put all the parts from the original phone onto a different frame with a new screen. All the internal components are the same.

“Next thing you’re gonna do is remove the adhesive on the back [of the battery]. It’s gonna be a pain but you don’t really want to reuse this adhesive. I mean ultimately it’s up to you, but I recommend just using new adhesive. Once that’s done you can set a piece of adhesive in the frame like this, and then push down on the battery so it sets in properly.” It’s a double sided tape to make sure the battery doesn’t get loose.
