I connected the A51 to another Samsung device with USB-C to C cable and it also worked :) don't necessarily need a computer

Hi, I want to reset everything. I have followed the process, but it is still not giving me the reset factory menu items. What I did step 1) connect the mobile and plug the charger cable to laptop 2) press and hold power+volume DOWN buttons together 3) when interupted by the charging, removed two fingers 4) press and hold power + volume UP buttons togeter 5) After few seconds it vibrates shwoing Android, I have lifted the finger from power button, but keep pressing on volume UP button. But the reset command menu items are not appearing still. Please help me..
