My A30 does the same but after pressing the power key to continue, it shutdown and reboot and display the same message again. If I charge it, it does the same loop over and over. Even after letting it discharge completely. Once I plug the power in it starts by it self without pressing any keys and loops again and again until it is fully discharged.
