I am using this TV from past 6 months and these are my views. Pros : 1. Superb display with excellent clarity in the price range. 2. Supports HDMI Arc. 3. User interface is smooth, no hickups. 4. Good connectivity over Wifi and Ethernet. 5. Picture upscale algorithm is very good. Upscaled videos doesn't show any distortion. 6. TV has dynamic mode which uses MEMC / frame interpolation to play videos smoothly . Cons : 1. There is no 3.5 mm jack provided. 2. When connected to sound bar or home theatre via HDMI Arc the equilizer gets disabled. It works only for in-built speakers. Big hit on sound quality. This issue is present with Optical audio out too. 3. (I am) not satisfied with in-built speakers of the TV. 4. Not an android TV. As a result tv has no app side load option. 5. Remote control is not Bluetooth supported. If you use sound bar then placing it in-front of TV will block the IR sensor and TV starts to struggle sensing the remote signals. 6. Bluetooth devices needs to be manually connected everytime when you restart the TV. No support for basic auto connect to last paired device feature. 7. Since lack of playstore, variety of apps cannot be found as this is built on Tizen OS. 8. I didn't get any new software update for the TV untill now and maybe there will not be any update in future too.

I ordered this tv from Flipkart and after 6 months tv panel got damaged and they replaced the panel and after 6 months again panel got damaged and they replaced it and after 6 months again it got damaged.this is 3rd time. Now they say they'll give a New tv but it takes 3 week's to get it after there procedures. Extremely disappointed with samsung

Mr.Ranjeet as per your recommendation I had purchased 55inch of this TV , Unfortunately it's was worsted Samsung TV i had purchased , fortunately I had returned it & Flipkart support excellent. For your knowledge this TV not manufacture Samsung it's made by Dixson Technology Samsung installation team said this made to compitive cheap TV .

Sorry to say this..dolby vision is not present in dis tv .. Even u have dolby digital plus which became an older audio technology these days .. For 33k that too from a brand like samsung they just focused on picture quality ..which seems bit odd atleast they should have come up with dolby atmos instead of digital plus ..internal memory seems low.. And no earc support to experience sound while watching any video ..for 33k .. I would prefer another tv instead of this ..this tv can only fit for someone who is looking for long run with only good picture quality..thats it.. And the price could have been around 29k for this not more than this.

I have the last year version, everything is good.on this except two things: 1. App updates like zee5 update is very late than latest app on pure android TV 2. Panel brightness is low, we have a door and window opposite to the TV, if we keep our door or window open the brightness is low so we won't be able to see properly Other than these everything is good, there are some KZbin channels who reviews TVs and household items, please check those channels as well before buying. I knew these problems before buying so I am satisfied with my TV

I have got a 2020 Crystal series 55' samsung tv, the tv is awesome for the price. But due to bad maintenance like cleaning the screen with liquids, the panel got damaged within 2 years. Fortunately samsung gives 2 years warranty on panels, so it got replaced free of cost. So be careful with what you clean the tv panel these days

Lol yeah it does get scratches too if not used microfiber, TV don't get dirty for 6 months or so, so only i clean it

I bought one yesterday and everything looks fine except the viewing angle, which is very bad. All the black turns to grey if you view from little side angles, you have to sit straight to get the exact picture quality.

I have AUE70 43 inch model from 2021, got it 1 year ago. Display and speakers are the best in this TV (The only thing required for PS5 😂😂). UI is super laggy and apps supported are not at all optimised. I'm concerned about the build quality coz my unit had some dark patches after 3-4 months, got it fixed for free under warranty.

@@gurubhaktmohit for my unit, the lag was from day 1. In the video everything looks goos so I think you can go for it. I would recommend adding extended warranty coz the replacement parts are super expensive.

I don't think latest models of samsung lags.. I am using LG though..but a friend is using the same Crystal 4K Pro.. LG is smoother and more fluid, but Samsung is good enough with a very fine interface..

Sir, I bought Samsung Neo crystal 43 inch TV from flipkart. Next day tv setup guy came. He said now a days mid-range TVs comes with paper back panel they won't last longer than 3 years. So, I took 2500₹ extended warrenty from Jeeves flipkart. Was he correct?

Samsung one is better than chroma have seen and compared both tv's chroma tv has little brighter display in standard mode and better viewing angle but it hangs a lot ( i was not satisfied with both and finally bought bu8000 2022 in rs35000) which is better in my opinion

I don't think Croma can match the level of LG, Samsung and Sony.. These are class apart.. You may compare Croma to VU, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, Nokia etc..

QLED offers way superior picture quality and also are way brighter panels. Samsung high end premium TV use QLED with Mini LED now but that is cutting edge technology so those TV are pretty expensive as of now.

@@Aicut01 Unfortunately even if you can afford a pricey tv and an extended warranty, TVs nowadays are often unraiparable after only 3 years so you get generally 60% of the initial value. I don't know it's worth the risk considering more the tv is expensive more the warranty will cost.

BIG design flaw on my 55 inch TV is that the 3rd HDMI and OPTICAL connection for soundbar is located right behind the TV, not on the side. I've mounted my TV on the wall and accessibility to those ports is not possible and even after taking the TV down, there's just not enough space between the wall and the port to make it work...since my soundbar does'nt have ARC and Optical is just not reachable, I'm stuck with bluetooth. Apart from that, TV is pretty good for the price. Smart remote is a hassle so I just used a third party Samsung remote and it works flawlessly. Speakers are below par for watching movies hence a soundbar is definitely recommended.
