Appreciate the video my insignia we bought in 2018 took a crap I’ve been pulling my hair out about a decent budget yet a good tv I plan on picking up a 55” this weekend.

This tv wasn’t on my radar at all. After a ton of research I went in to look at the QN85C vs the QN90C and as walked passed this TV I thought wow that looks good what model is this? And saw it’s the freakin Crystal UHD Tv 😂 it REALLY put things in perspective of how nit picky online TV reviewers have to be. I honestly don’t think there’s a $1000-$1500 difference in quality between this and the QN85/90C. So now I’m just stuck debating which route to go. My entire point being. If anyone here absolutely can only afford this tier TV, buy it you will not regret it!!

However after your comment on it not doing HDR well I would like to know what tvs you would recommend in the 85 in range that do HDR well. Is that where the OLED models come into play? And pricing 2-3K?

Hello quantum, any chance u can help me deciding between the SAMSUNG CU8000 or the LG 43UR7300PSA , i have been comparing them for 3 days now and cant really decide! Its not going to receive any light to reflect, angle of vision doesnt matter because its going to be seen from 1 spot only (bed) and its not going to be used for gaming just series/movies. I've heard remote for this tv has solar? That is a nice touch. But I've heard it doesn't have the input button on the remote? That sucks. At this point, for me, feature are now more important than picture quality.. especially if this budget tv is highly recommended (based on it's picture quality) already.. With that said.. Hi Quantum, Looking for a bedroom 43"-50" preferably samsung LCD was thinking Q60C, you've convinced me to stay away from QN90C, this is for a senior that finds OLED to realistic looking, and lacking a dramatic feel. Budget is $700 max. Thanks for any guidance, feel free to elaborate a bit.

weird seeing that theres a settings video for CU8000 that i got as a gift in a Samsung promotion, but not for the S90C 55 (ANA PEAK 512 which is 2nd gen panel, noice lottery i won) that i bought and got me that gift lol at least CU8000 will replace a 10 year old lcd sub HD samsung for ordinary use when needed, and the s90c i will use for gaming and movies

I had a au8000 and it was good And it stopped working so they offered a new tv and they gave me a cu8000 and ima say the au8000 is way better tv And regret getting the cu8000 . What is a lever higher then the cu8000 ima buy a new tv I don’t want the cu anymore

its a budget tv with a mid range tv price. you're paying for the samsung name. this is at best worth $500 for the 75". the hisense u6 blows this out of the water at a much cheaper price let alone the u7 which is even better than u6 and still cheaper in 2024 than this overpriced mid at best thing

Someone please explain to me WHY! A TV needs to you to make an account? I just went through hell with my roku tv with that shit!! Why? Roku wanted to know my gender...to watch TV WHY???? I just want to watch TV. My roku is a POS... so today I went and got this one...SAME THING!! Why do you need an account just to watch TV? I'm dumbfounded.... can I avoid making an account.... I JUST WANT TO WATCH TV!!! WTF??? My roku remote had 4 proprietary buttons for streaming services I WILL NEVER USE!! And you can't remap them. Guess what? THIS ONE DOES TOO!!! If I can't get around the account thing I'm taking it back. I just wonder how much these slimeballs get for imprinting the streaming logos on their remotes???
