Disappointed with Samsung as my Refrigerator (Model RT39T551ES8) defrost function its not working. There's ice formation every 5-6days and I have to switch off the device to defrost it. We reached out to Samsung Service and every time we call they mention they are sending a service engineer and then no one comes. Invoice no CHT1MP2223100635/dt-09/04/2022.

My Samsung fridge has no panel....Also in the video,after every 3minutes or so you run a line below asking for likes/ subscribe which hides what is printed..The printing could have been bolder and betterfor the viewers to understand ..Also get real engineers to manufacture your fridges instead of the CRAP you must be getting from IITs...

Do not buy samsung. Pathetic service. I got the same fridge a week back. Got it replaced as the dealers sent me an old showroom scratched and dented refrigerator which I got replaced yesterday. Both fridge has humming sound. It just won't stop humming. Difficult to get samsung service guys to come and take a look either. Really poor service. This is the last time I will be buying anything from samsung
