Sorry man, this video is highly edited, had to thumbs down it. For those of you using this as a guide: Find a better video that explains the charging port board removal, top speaker, button ribbon cable, vibrator motor, and battery in more detail. You will likely ruin your phone if you follow this video and have ZERO previous repair experience. This video is not for newbies who have never replaced a phone screen before. If you watch this and believe that this video is too much for you, there's even more to it not shown in here/edited. Take your phone to your local repair shop and have a professional do it.

Spot on there,the whole video is to con people into believing they can change a cracked screen by getting a new screen and in 2 minutes "🎶cue msic...then just grab the handy very small mynute philips screwdriver and few seconds screws,not even screws that yo would have a screwhead for,but will remove screen and unplug ribbons that i dont even know what are for,and i work in computers,but its a rip of scam video,people if you break yohr screen brimg it to the peeps that fix it

Just went to check today at a local shop and they were saying $110. Basically the cost of the phone. Went on Amazon to see how much the screen is & the whole replacement kit is $20.99. Absolutely ridiculous. Gonna buy the kit and do it myself. Thanks for the vid 🙏🏽
