What's the purpose of the three lenses? I read one is a wide-angle lens, and another one is the macro lens. Do you need to pick one to take a photo?

In addition to ghostly photos, I already cracked the glass front. I am an old lady just trying to use a phone like everyone else. Can you buy replacement glass and if so, how do I switch it out. Thank you in advance to you young people who help their grandparents with tech.

This phone is literally my go-to handhold for my digital photography class. I have a cheap camera from Amazon, and I'll occasionally use that, but I mainly use the A03s camera. Mainly because SD cards make transfers heaps easier.

I'm assuming only 1 of the front cameras are functional on this model? Only the top camera seems to do anything. I guess the other 2 cameras in front are made for the better model phones that used the same camera? Aside from the camera being just OK, I love this phone. For the price I was surprised comming from a galaxy s10 plus and my older note 8. I use this for work but it ended up being my all around phone once I saw how good it was. I paid like 50 dollars for this a03s. I'm kinda upset I bought the flagship phones in the past. I'm good with this a03s. It's all I need.

You should do about recording video I been having trouble im not sure if its just the phone camera whenever I do a video it turns kind of dark in places or sometimes in people and sometimes too light what can I do? I dont like that.

You have to set the exposure. That's the yellow circle when you tap the screen like you were going to focus. And, always plenty of light

I AM SO UPSET. My camera is showing black and white shadows, ghostly or foggy. Almost like an ultrasound. I have no clue what to do and at this point I am in tears over this crappy phone.

Did you make sure to remove the sticker the manufacturer may have put over the camera to protect it during shipping? Use a soft cloth to clean the camera. See if that helps.

I just got this phone yesterday, is there an option to turn the sound off of video's that you record? And also for some reason my phone doesn't have the option to turn off the camera sound when taking pictures.

Ugh! I hate the noise it makes when you snap a picture. I wanted to turn it off according to your video but my settings list does NOT have the shutter sound option. Any other suggestions?

Reduce your phone sound and take picture that's the only way to snap a picture without noise

Not helpful at all. I need to change to a much lower resolution to upload photos of documents for my job application and there's no option for that on Samsung Galaxy A03 S. I think 1:1 ratio has a lower resolution, but it's still too much for a 65Mbps connection to attach even a JPG.

Disappointed in this camera. I used an LG for 4yrs. It finally crapped out, I thought Samsung would be the better phone, but it doesn't have voice command. So selfies are a pain in the butt, thankfully the camera on my old 40$ phone still works.

My A03s has google assistant which I use for most commands: take selfie, turn flashlight on/of, change settings, etc. This is my first smartphone and cost about the same as my first flip phone; good value, bought at Best Buy.
