Ours came with one SIM card already installed, no explanation of two SIM card slots. No "charger wall box" in box, only cable with two C-type connectors, had to order wall boxes from Amazon. (Dumb, be careful some chargers/cables are not fast enough for or compatible with A03s despite ad wording)

If you buy at Walmart it doesn’t have the box you’ll need a box (for charging) but it will already have a Sim card in there
