​@@tumithabana5625No, the camera quality is normal, more like decent good. Not good. Whereas video quality is very terrible. It doesn't have video stabilizer and 1080p60 fps+750p60 fps, which is not fair. Display quality decent normal buy it has 90 fps, not good. Also I will replace this phone.

Compared to the A13 5G, the A14 5G is a Solid Upgrade. You get more storage, a better processor, a solid camera, and First Class Software for under $250. With only Motorola and Nokia offering competition here in the U.S. the A14 5G is a Solid Value as a Budget Phone

Buy or buy a bigger memory card. 64 gb is way enough for a budget phone. I have a 128 gb card in mine also from my old phone but it's not needed. I have thousands of pictures many videos, films and hundreds of music adults and it's only just under 1/2 full even with around 20 around 30 apps. I don't understand the need for more

I am using this phone from last one week. It is doing great job in camera department. Video calling is fab on it. call quality is excellent and mobile signal catching ability in rural area is far better than Chinese mobile phones. KZbin browsing or internet usage is great on it. Battery is ok for one day usage. Who is having more time for playing games all the time. Samsung did a great job with it. Lcd display is great on it.

I think ditching 5G might still be a good idea as many companies skip features to make a 5G phone. 4G+ is good enough for almost anything you do with a phone. I rather have an OLED screen than 5G!

The issue is that this is an international phone and in many countries 4G towers are going away, being replaced with 5g ones. Phones being sold in much of North America and Europe need 5g because otherwise basic functions like browsing websites or messaging will cease to work well. I work for a multinational in North America and we’re having to replace tons of 4G iPhone 11s because of terrible reception

With the A12 and A13 being pretty good value budget phones, especially the A12 when it first came out, I am surprised Samsung made such a miss with the A14. Some of those specs are not up to 2023 standards, especially the 4GB RAM and LCD screen (though 90Hz is nice).

That's my main use and it's perfect. I will never understand that an HD screen is good enough. The contrast and quality are spot on. My last phone was an iPhone 11 and can't find anything I can't do on this to that phone

This is not an honest review. This is a budget phone, which sells for $200 in the United States. You are expecting a phone like this to perform like a flagship phone. This phone is not meant to be used for heavy gaming. This phone would be fine for basic everyday use. Also, 64GB of storage should be fine for most people. I am still using a 2019 Samsung Galaxy A10e, which has 32 GB of storage and I am only using 25GB of the 32GB. The A10e has given me no problems and this A14 would be an upgrade. If you want a phone with all the bells and whistles, then feel free to spend $500-$1000 for a phone, which I would never do. Also, Apple doesn't include chargers anymore for their overpriced phones.

I tried using Alight Motion on A14 and let me tell you, if you love editing, DO NOT BUY GALAXY A14. I experienced the app crashing multiple times. You cannot edit vids on 2160p, If you edit using 1440p resolution, alight motion will result in multiple crashes. Again, DO NOT BUY A14!

OLED for $200?! Maybe those cheap untrustworthy Chinese brands like Xiaomi. Is the model she's reviewing for her country much more than $200 or something? As for the processor, in North America, we get the Mediatek Dimensity 700 chip, which is good for a $200 phone. Plus 4 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of storage is good for $200. She said it would be bad in 2 years because of the storage, but you can always get an SD card to expand the storage. This is one of the best $200 phones you can get in North America. This review is partly based on competing against untrustworthy Chinese brands, therefore is not a good review. I do agree about it being garbage that there is no charger or more accessories in the box, though.

I switched from my A20e to the A14 a week ago and i am very happy with it. The Design is good (big bright screen, 3 cameras, back feels good and the black frames aren't noticable). I use my Phone for a lot of things and even the 32 GB / 3 GB on my A20e still worked out fine. Next to that it is a budget phone (165 EUR) with of course is not as good performing as a flagship phone. Also, who has more than 5 Apps open at the same time? It also has 15watt fast charging and runs for almost 2 days without a Charge. The camera is also nice. In my opinion the screen also is amazing with its 90 fps and high resolution. It also has a long software support as it is very new. So overall i strongly disagree with it being a bad phone and would absolutely recommend it.

Get the Motorola Edge 30, if camera isnt the most important. Otherwise get Google Pixel 6a. The screen etc is better on Edge 30. Very good androd experience & smart simplicity, while most other phones tend to drown in functions we dont need. Was last years best midrage phone! Yes it comes with charger! 👍

I have the Samsung A14 5G with Dimensity 700, comes with Android 13, get Os's upgrades to Android 15 plus 4 yrs of security updates, the only downside to this phone is it does not come with Knox Security from what I have read its the most widely held Samsung phone out there with 5 G, Samsung will take care of this phone like nobody's business, its a solid phone and does not cost an arm and a leg. The Dimensity 700 chipset is outstanding, on my last phone with 4G I had to be next to my door to get in wifi mode from 4G LTE with the Dimensity 700 I have to be down the block a much much much further distance for it to switch to 5G mode from wifi mode, I don't believe in any tests published just my experiences. I also have the Samsung Tab A7 Lite and its linked to my Samsung A14 5 G and can make calls, do text message, etc, I bought the phone(excellent refurbished) and tablet(good refurbished, although it looks brand new) off eBay-refurbished with 1 yr no cost warranty on each for less than the price of a new A14, may the force be with you !

The Samsung A14 5g has been given good reviews pretty much everywhere. You recommend alternatives from Moto & Xiaomi but they'll be lucky to get more than 1 os update and security updates are slow. I'd much rather go with Samsung

Problem with those alternatives is that they have only 2 years of software support for the same price, albeit a bit better hardware. Thee Chinese phones should be given 2-4 yrs OS updates & 4-5 years security patches if they want to be better alternatives to iphone & Samsung.

See you can't expect 2-4 years software update for this price range phones because their processor is not capable of handling future 3-4 years UI updates. Just for the sake of 3-4 years of updates UI you can't buy anything crap for it, where hardware is stepped down every corner. And what is the matter with the charger not giving in the box? It does not matter much for some of its flagship now. But in this price range it is just NOT acceptable.

I like this phone A14 5g, better than all my other samsung phones which are slightly lower specs like a22 5g. I hardly buy the top specs $2000 samsung phones. A14 5g doesn't have charger and earphones, screen protector, phone cover. I was shocked LOL. I thought there was a mistake. 🧐I tend to buy phones around that margin. But now I understand a14 5g would've cost more for the extra. If it was 400 or 450 I would not have bought it. Got it for $350 AUD on special. just use my previous phone charger for it. I order other extras from aliexpress. 3 or 4 phone covers, screen protectors..

I don't really find the A14 5G is bad phone at all. From a budget standpoint, its a decent phone with decent performance. It even blows away my former device, the A10s in almost every way. I'm hoping she's not confusing this device with the A14 4G because i heard the latter's performance is slower.

Lot's of people only use the device for webbrowsing, Whatsapp and a banking app. This phone should handle this. It looks clean and has way longer software support then Realme. I bought the Realme 6 in the middle of 2020 and they stopped supporting it long time ago.

Pros: (1) Android OS 13 released Q3 2022. You get 2 OS updates (->Q3 2024) & 5 Years of security/bug patches. It's a long-term option. (2) Samsung has a large presence in many non-Asian countries and should have reliable customer support + repair facilities close by. (3) 5000mAH battery - GREATER THAN flagship samsung phones - w/ 15w charging support. Good camera, display, and performance FOR ITS PRICE. Conclusion: I would buy an a34 5G or a54 5G if I could afford it right now but this is the HIGHEST QUALITY budget phone I can afford. I'm getting it.

You really do *not* want an AMOLED screen on a phone. I know they're nice, but I've seen way too many devices with burned displays after 6 months of use. I still have mine that work flawlessly, sure, but they're never used for that reason. I'm not sure if it's optimization but both the A13 5G (which I have) and the A14 (which I don't have) run the same SoC but significantly different screen resolutions. Since I don't have the A14 to compare with; I used to do heavy gaming on a Kyocera Torque and the Galaxy S3. Both use the exact same SoC but different screen resolutions. When you have a phone, on top of Samsung's customization, running triple the number of pixels it requires triple the amount of power. Still, great review nonetheless and does answer a few of my questions.

The AMOLED burn in screens are greatly exaggerated. I have a Galaxy A30 that I used for 4 years and counting. I never babied it and it has no burn in whatsoever.

I accidently bought the Galaxy a14 4g without really knowing that the 5g is much better with only 40 euro difference, its a good phone for the things I use it for but sometimes still a bit slow and the camera quality isn't the best

Personally, I'm not a big fan of AMOLED displays since they're vulnerable and expensive to replace. Safe to say, for a budget phone like that, a PLS LCD is fair enough paired with 90Hz refresh rate. What can you ask for more and when it breaks, it can be replaced on a cheap price.

Right now I have A12 32gb and it is pretty much enough for me and the model A14 looks just great and I would not complain about those things you mentioned in video. It is of course my opinion with almost no standards but with everyday use and multi tasking I think both phone would be great 😅 But thank you a lot for this video it was a huge help

It lags with everything. Sometimes you can't unlock it because the homescreen lags and goes black before it lers you swipe up and it restarts itself half the time when you try to use hotspot. And if you try to do a simple google search, you have to wait a minute for the keyboard to show up

2:44 A22 4G was awesome. But the Ax2 devices didn't make sense. The A22 4G had a better screen than the A32 5G and A42, A72 is 90Hz while A52 5G is 120Hz, you get the picture. 3:12 Also, some regions get the old Dimensity 700, so just be aware what chip you are getting in your region.

Reviewers are addicted to high end phones so a budget phone is useless for them even with a headphone jack, 90hz 1080 display and 4 years of OS support. And this is not a gaming phone. Its like buying a corolla and expecting the performance of a ferrari.
