SAMSUNG galaxy A15 5G | AFTER 1 year!

I have the A15 5g and was using it as my backup phone since Straight Talk had it for free with a monthly plan. It unlocked yesterday so I swapped my SIM card out of my Pixel 6a and have been using the A15 as my main phone. I still have to put it through its paces to see if it can handle everything but so far I'm impressed with it. It does everything my 6a was doing and better in many ways. Great video update.

If this phone were a bit slimmer it would be an ideal budget phone. It fulfills its basic functions as it should. Best regards

If you already got 1 major update then is should be upgraded to Andriod 15 but you mentioned in your video that it is still on Android 14 so I am a bit confused. Does it will get 4 major OS updates or not i.e till Andriod 18?

You buy the A15 with Android 13, so it upgrades to Android 14, that is one major update. Samsung is still testing Android 15 first on S24 (in Europe) and hope to update the other phones in the first quarter of 2025. So Android 15 is not available yet for the A15 and Samsung is saying that it will support to Android 18 and 5 years of security updates.

@egamer1044 I'm okay as far as it will provide os updates till Android 18 and 5 years of security updates as promised by Samsung. There are better phones available in that price range but I only opted a15 because of updates which is the highest priority for me

My a15 is 4g model it runs stellar 6gb no hic ups

Has anyone else had issues with the bottom of the screen? Certain apps on mine I can't press stuff at the bottom; same with the bottom right side of the keyboard. I had to make it bigger because it was pressing different keys or pressing them multiple times, but when I do the screen test in settings, everything is fine.

I am using A15 5G right now. Did you say that this mobile phone can use 2 different SIM cards and 1 Micro SD card. What is the maximum capacity of Micro SD card can it take? I put in 1TB Micro SD card about 2 months ago, and it was detected by this phone. Unfortunately, I got a message recently saying that the Micro SD card was not inserted. Could you tell me what is wrong with it and how to fix it?
