I haven't seen anyone reviewing these phones mention how sensitive the screen is to any other part of your palm touching the screen. Since it has a rolled screen bezel you end up selecting things you don't want to.

What u have to do is open the recent apps screen then at the top right corner are three dots. Press that and then there will be an option ik it's called suggested apps and then turn it off

Before using your newly purchased A20 phone you need to charge it first (the current Battery percentage doesn't matter) It usually take 1 and a half hour to charge😊
